Parties Involved:

Project Description:

The scope of work includes developing, designing, and implementing a responsive website as specified in the project brief provided by the client, located at 789 Innovation Ave, San Francisco, CA 94105, or other agreed-upon locations.

Payment Terms:

The client agrees to pay the developer a total fee of $10,000, payable in installments: 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion, unless otherwise specified herein.

Developer Responsibilities:

The developer shall deliver the completed website according to the specifications, ensure compatibility across browsers and devices, and provide necessary documentation and support during the warranty period.

Governing Law:
