Event/Team Details:
This agreement pertains to participation in the XYZ Cheerleading Competition scheduled for March 15, 2024, at the LA Sports Arena, or other designated cheer events as specified herein.
Contract Terms:
The athlete agrees to train and perform according to the schedule and standards set forth by the organization, and abide by all rules and regulations.
Organization Responsibilities:
The organization shall provide coaching, training facilities, and necessary equipment, and ensure a safe environment for all participants.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be settled within the courts of Los Angeles County.
