Project Description:
This agreement pertains to the production of a musical recording titled “Sample Track,” to be completed by the Producer for the Client, as detailed in subsequent negotiations.
Payment Terms:
The Client shall pay the Producer a total fee of $10,000, payable in installments: 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion. Additional royalties or licensing fees are subject to separate agreement.
Producer Responsibilities:
The Producer agrees to deliver the completed recordings, provide necessary mixing and mastering, and ensure the final product meets industry standards. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable laws and best practices.
Governing Law:
