Scope of Service:
The service provider agrees to maintain and service the pool located at 456 Palm Street, Miami, FL 33137, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspection, as detailed herein.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay a monthly fee of $120, payable on the first day of each month. Additional charges may apply for repairs or services outside the agreed scope.
Provider Responsibilities:
