Parties Involved:
Assignor: ABC Property Owner LLC

Property Details:
The property subject to this assignment is located at 789 Broadway, New York, NY 10003, or other real estate specified in subsequent documents.
Assignment Terms:
The Assignor hereby assigns all rights, interests, and obligations related to the property to the Assignee, effective upon execution of this agreement.
Obligations of the Parties:
