Snow Plow Service Contract Sample
Parties Involved:
Service Provider: ABC Snow Removal LLC

Scope of Services:
The service provider agrees to perform snow plowing, shoveling, and de-icing services at the specified property located at 789 Main Street, Denver, CO 80204, or any other designated areas as mutually agreed upon.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay the service provider a fee of $X per snowfall event or an agreed monthly retainer, payable within 15 days of invoice receipt. Payment is contingent upon service completion.
