Parties Involved:
Doula: Jane Doe

Client: Emily Smith

Service Description:
The doula agrees to provide prenatal, birth, and postpartum support services to the client as detailed herein at the agreed locations and times.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay a total fee of $1,200, payable in installments: $400 upon signing this agreement, and the remaining $800 due by the delivery date or as otherwise agreed.
Doula Responsibilities:
