Friendly Bet Contract US Sample

Bet Description:

The parties agree to a friendly wager regarding the outcome of the upcoming basketball game between Team A and Team B, scheduled for March 15, 2024. The agreed stake is $50.

Bet Terms:

The winner of the game shall receive the agreed stake, and the loser shall pay their wager to the winner within 48 hours after the game’s conclusion.

Obligations of Parties:
