Service Description:
The service provider agrees to perform lawn maintenance services, including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing, at the client’s property located at 789 Oak Drive, Springfield, IL 62703, or other designated locations as specified herein.
Service Terms:
Services will be provided on a bi-weekly basis, with scheduled visits to commence on the first week of the effective date, and continuing until either party terminates the agreement with prior written notice.
Provider Responsibilities:
