Work Description:
The subcontractor shall perform electrical installation services at the project site located at 789 Main Street, Dallas, TX 75202, or other designated locations as specified in subsequent negotiations.
Payment Terms:
The subcontractor shall be compensated a fixed fee of $50,000 for the scope of work, payable in installments as detailed in the project schedule, with final payment upon completion and approval.
Subcontractor Responsibilities:
The subcontractor shall carry out all electrical work in accordance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. The subcontractor shall also coordinate with the main contractor to ensure timely project progress.
Governing Law:
