Parties Involved:

Service Provider: GreenScape Lawn Services LLC

Client: ABC Property Management

Property Location:

The property to be serviced under this agreement is located at 789 Corporate Blvd, Denver, CO 80204, or other designated commercial premises as specified herein.

Services Provided:

The service provider agrees to perform lawn maintenance, trimming, mowing, fertilization, and other related services as mutually agreed upon, regularly scheduled as per the maintenance plan.

Payment Terms:

The client shall pay the service provider a fee of $1,500 per month, payable within five (5) days of invoice receipt, for the duration of this contract.

Provider Responsibilities:

The service provider shall perform all lawn care tasks professionally, using appropriate equipment and materials, in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County.

Additional Provisions:

  • The client shall provide access to the property during scheduled service times.
  • This agreement may be modified only in writing signed by both parties.
  • In the event of cancellation, written notice must be provided at least 30 days in advance.
