Sample Cat Breeder Contract (US)

Cat Description:

The cat involved in this agreement is a purebred Maine Coon, born on March 15, 2023, with registration number MC123456, and designated as the kitten to be sold or provided under this contract.

Terms of Sale and Breeding:

The breeder agrees to transfer ownership of the cat to the buyer upon full payment, with health records and registration papers provided. The buyer agrees to adhere to responsible breeding, care, and housing standards as specified herein.

Payment Terms:

The total purchase price shall be $1,200, payable in full upon transfer of the cat. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve the kitten.
